Method
- This is a 6 session workshop that runs across 3 months.
- Each session is for 3-4 hours depending on the focus areas of the session.
- Sessions are online.
- It is spread across 12 weeks to enable the team to discuss, introspect and detail on certain ideas discussed during the preceding session.
- The session outputs are then used to create an Integrated Smart Strategy Framework.
